Electrical Muscle Stimulation
Electrical muscle stimulation: is used to reduce muscle spasm inflammation and reduce pain.

Ultrasound uses sound waves to stimulate the tissue under the skin to promote healing. The three main benefits include: increasing the blood flow to the area which speeds up the healing process, helps reduce pain and inflammation, and massages the tendons/ ligaments in the area which will reduce scar tissue and decrease strain, It works well in treatment for sprains, carpal tunnel, plantar fascitis, scar issue and elbow problems.

Therapeutic Exercise
Therapeutic exercise: Once tight and weak muscles are identified, therapeutic exercises are prescribed and utilized to increase strength and range of motion.

Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger point therapy: various techniques are used to reduce trigger points, reduce spasms, reduce pain and increase strength function.

Flex- Distraction
This is a form of treatment in which the patient lies on a specialized table that gently stretches the spine. This allows the chiropractor to pinpoint trouble spots while flexing the spinal column. The end result is that the chiropractor can gently move the disc away from an affected nerve, which alleviates inflammation and pain.

The Graston Technique
The Graston Technique incorporates a patented form of instrument- assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively detect and treat scar tissue and restrictions that affect normal function, separates and breaks down collagen cross-links, and splays and stretches connective tissue and muscle fibers, increases skin temperature facilitates reflex changes in the chronic muscle holding pattern, alters spinal reflex activity(facilitated segment), increases the rate and amount of blood flow to and from the area, increases cellular activity in the region, including fibroblasts and mast cells, and increases histamine response secondary to mast cell activity. Historically the Graston technique has resolved 87% or more of all conditions treated. It is equally effective on restoring function to acute and chronic injuries and pre and post surgical patients.

Proprioreception Neuromuscular Facilitation
Proprioreception neuromuscular facilitation (PNF): This technique is used to improve mobility and flexibility of shortened and tight muscles.

Chiropractic Correction and Treatment
The adjustment or correction of a subluxation is the means of care provided by the chiropractor. On this page, the Doctor is shown adjusting the vertebrae in the lower back. Padded tables of several types are used for adjusting, including mechanized versions which accommodates a wide variety of postures. The first adjustment begins to restore the vertebra to its natural position. The soft tissues and the muscles and ligaments are stretched when the vertebra is in an unnatural position, so these tissues must have time to rehabilitate. Normally, proper muscle tone, ligament position, and the shape of the vertebrae will keep the vertebrae functioning normally. Some patients will have a treatment period that will range over a few months and they will continue Chiropractic care on a regular basis so they will benefit from the kind of health preservation that Chiropractic provides.

Functional Movement Screen
Functional movement screen: This program is a product of years of innovation and current research. The philosophy starts with a system that monitors fundamental movement. From the information gathered, the user can develop corrective exercise programs based on individual movement patterns. It is equally effective in fitness and sports conditioning because it targets the "week link in movement". Specifically, the Functional Movement Screen is a ranking and grading system created to document patterns that are key to normal function. By screening these patterns, functional limitations and asymmetries are readily identified. Basic movement patterns limitations can reduce the effects of functional training, physical conditioning, and distort proprioception (body awareness). At the heart of the system is the Functional Movement Screen Score which helps to target the problem and track progress. The scoring system is directly linked to the most beneficial corrective exercises to restore mechanically sound movement patterns. The Functional Movement Screen identifies physical imbalances, limitations and weaknesses, and the corrective exercise prescriptions help to reduce the potential for training and sports injuries.

Cold Laser (LLLT)
Low level therapy or cold laser is a painless, sterile, non-invasive treatment which helps to treat a variety of acute and chronic pain syndromes such as: carpal tunnel syndrome, neck pain or whip-lash injuries, arthritis, bursitis, fibromyalgia, plantar fascitis, TMJ/jaw pain, migraine headaches, tennis elbow, trigger point, neuralgia and more.
