Back discomfort when lifting in the gym

I know—you were telling me that you get some back discomfort when you're lifting in the gym.

And the back pain usually tends to come in this area of your back?

Your lifts must be incorrect.

Because you're already compensating for your posture, you might actually have good form, work with a trainer, and still experience discomfort during those types of lifts. You're 23, right?
