Chiropractic Fix for Sitting 8 Hours - Reese's Adjustment
I'm a data scientist, so I spend a lot of the day sitting at the computer coding.
How many hours a day would you say you do that?
6 to 8.
After work, how many hours would you say you're on a phone, device, or computer?
At least 10 because I'm also a student.
So, the problem is when you're sitting at a desk for 10–12 hours a day. That puts a lot of stress on the back and can definitely create a lot of tension in the spine. If I push here, it's supposed to be flexible and loose, like this part of your spine. But when I go up into this area, it's really tight.
Mmhmm.
That's not supposed to be like that, and that's what chiropractors deal with.
Oh.
So, I'm going to adjust right here.
Mmhmm.
Take a deep breath in—and out.
Oh.
That feels better. We're all set. Good job.
Thank you.
