Chiropractic Relief for 10 Hours of Sitting: Chris’s Experience
So I'm sitting at a desk all day for nine, ten hours a day, five days a week. So I know that contributes to it.
Yeah. So you're really tight right here.
Yeah.
And so I'm going to adjust right there. Take a deep breath. That was it.
Yeah. It feels like night and day, actually.
So there's some stretches and one great stretch is called Ruger's, and we'll go over that with you. So what you do is you put your hands behind you. Straighten your elbows. And so that way you're opening your chest.
Yeah.
Then you're going to arch your back and you look up a little bit. And so that's opening your chest. It's getting extended. It's literally the opposite of what you do all day when you're on a phone, when you're on a computer.
Right.
And you literally just do that for five seconds. And if you can do it every twenty minutes or so, just for a few seconds, it kind of resets the muscles, the ligaments.
Great.
