One of the first stretches I like to prescribe to my new patients is this gentle wall stretch. Is like what I like to call it. So you basically just find any flat wall you stand your feet against it. Your head against it and then you really want to focus on tucking that pelvis flat against the wall. It engages the core and then through your head eyes to the Horizon focus on pushing back into the wall for 10 seconds 10 nine 8 7 six all the way down. That really starts to teach you how to take the right posture by tucking the pelvis and keeping the head back so do that also three times a day. Morning Noon and Evening. It helps to just learn that proper posture so when you're not standing against the wall. You know you're waiting for the subway, You're waiting to cross the street, You can tuck and lift and that helps to center your posture.
