How to find your perfect posture!
Put your feet against the wall. Put your head against the wall. Tuck your pelvis just a little bit. Feel how that activates your core? Now, push your head straight back into the wall for 15 seconds. Relax your shoulders. I want you to do this three times a day because it’s going to help you understand proper standing posture. I know it feels weird at first—ear over shoulder, over hip, over ankle. So, practice that three times a day. Eventually, even when you're not standing against the wall—like if you're in a photo shoot or something—just do that, and you'll be perfect. How’s that sound?
