What we're going to do is have you Arch the back and extend it completely engage those core muscles push the core down and push your back flush against the table. So there's no space between your core and no space between the table and the back and everything is flush and that's how you're going to engage that pelvic tilt and that will set you off for success to get a fully strong functioning core.
