Quick Pec Stretches for a Flexible Chest!

Hi I'm Dr Nick and I want to go over a couple pack stretches with you today. So first off find yourself a door, any door will work. You are going to take your arm at a nice 90° angle through the shoulder and you are going to put that same foot forward and you are going to really focus on stretching it an arch this way so you are going to hold it 10 seconds to 15 seconds each. You are going to really feel that stretching right through that PEC. Some people like to do both door, both arms at the same time. But I like to just focus on one at a time. That help to isolate the pec muscle a little bit better. You just do that three times a day uh morning noon and night, for 10 to 15 seconds and it really helps to start stretching those pecs out for you. So happy stretching.
